Instructions
1. Register for Corporate/Business by entering your information using the appropriate box below. Click register.
2. Entry Fee Payment: Use Credit Card, PayPal or Zelle: Using your financial institution pay by ZELLE to: FKF Phone number 214 534 8122
A. Sponsors: Click Corporate Sponsor Listing and find your Sponsor Level. Click the header on your sponsorship level to pay by PayPal.
B. Individual Players Registration: Follow the outline as you enter the information. If you are unsure of your other players, leave it blank. You can re-register later with the players' names, or ensure the other players enter your name on their registration form. Click Register.
3. Individual Players: Click Pay Registration Fee below to Pay with PayPal.
Each Team member must register independently.
